Welcome to my portfolio

I am an Automation and Control Engineer with a passion for building intelligent and reliable industrial systems. My experience spans PLC and SCADA development, Python-based backend integration, and SQL data management for real-time control and monitoring.

My journey began with a deep interest in motion control during my graduation project—developing a control system for a prosthetic foot testing machine. That project sparked my dedication to combining hardware, software, and data to create smarter automation systems.

Currently, I work at TEXVIA, an Ireland-based company, where I design, test, and optimize industrial automation solutions as part of delivering next-generation Industry 4.0 systems. At TEXVIA, we support industrial enterprises in improving efficiency, achieving real-time visibility, and future-proofing operations through digital transformation technologies.

I am driven by the idea of integrating industrial automation with modern software technologies—turning raw machine data into actionable insights. My next goal is to deepen my expertise in SCADA platforms (like AVEVA, WinCC) and data-driven automation systems.

    • Develop and test PLC and SCADA systems for HA ready-mix automation software, enhancing system accuracy and process reliability.
      • Reduced batch error rate from 1% to 0.1% by implementing enhanced error-correction logic.
      • Designed and deployed a Manual Mode Handler to improve recipe control and inventory tracking.
    • Built a Python backend for a Flutter-based SCADA desktop app, featuring:
      • Historian and alarm services for time-series and event data exchange between PLCs and MS SQL Server.
      • Fast API REST endpoints to serve historical and alarm data to the SCADA user interface.
    • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades for various client projects.
